Job description

This is sales and customer facing role, no office requirement.

Overall Purpose: Drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships, generating new and existing sales, and delivering AT&T products, services, and/or solutions to address customers' strategic business priorities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Client Relationship and Account Management: Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand their needs, utilize consultative skills to close sales, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty and may deliver tailored presentations.
  • Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting, or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • RFP response Management: May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Customer Support and Dispute Resolution: May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Mobility and AT&T FirstNet solutions, along with at least 5 years of practical experience selling AT&T mobility products.
  • Demonstrated history of sales success in working with strategic accounts.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding technology, applications, and solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in prospecting and lead generation techniques.
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5-10 years of sales-related experience. Strongly preferred in Public Sector & FirstNet
  • Able to solve problems and develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs.
  • Proficient to Identify, Qualify, Propose, and Close Opportunities
  • Be able to gather pertinent information from customers for design, pricing and ordering
  • Able to develop sales forecasts and billed revenue outlook (RMT)
Our Lead Client Sol Exec 4 Mobility jobs earn between $98,800.00 - $148,200.00 + commission $75,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
