Client Service Specialist – Huntley, IL
$45,000 - $50,000/Annually + Benefits

We are currently seeking a Client Service Specialist for our corporate office. The individual will be responsible for processing a high volume of purchase orders, maintaining customer relationships, and must have the ability to understand our product line in order to answer customer questions and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:

  • Process quotations and sales orders, prepare and follow up on purchase orders and confirmation of ship dates
  • Ability to identify and resolve all order issues via phone or email
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line to better aid with customer selection
  • Maintain customer relationships and a thorough understanding of their needs
  • Document and maintain customer information through our database
  • Manage efficient follow up on service inquiries from our customers and sales teams
  • Route technical support calls to the appropriate product specialist or technical group
  • Participate in goal projects while maintaining daily workload


Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Manufacturing and ERP experience is a plus
  • Strong math skills for quoting
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, activities, and projects for timely completion
  • Ability to establish and maintain pleasant interpersonal relationships primarily over the phone and emails
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
