CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

WHO WE ARE:

We're a fast-moving, collaborative team that keeps creative projects, digital campaigns, and client deliverables moving across multiple Sinclair markets. On the Agile Content Creation Engagement Team (ACCET), we partner with Sales, Creative Services, Production, and Digital to ensure every project is executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Our mission? Deliver an exceptional client experience by combining operational excellence with creative collaboration. Whether coordinating commercial production, managing integrated marketing campaigns, or supporting high-volume workflows, we help bring great ideas to life while keeping teams aligned every step of the way.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Client Services Manager, you'll lead a team of Content Creators while remaining hands-on in the creative process. You'll oversee workflow across multiple Sinclair markets, helping projects move from concept to completion while keeping teams aligned, timelines on track, and clients supported every step of the way.

You'll partner with Sales, Creative Services, Production, and Digital teams to remove roadblocks, coach and develop your team, and ensure every campaign is delivered accurately, on schedule, and with the creative quality our clients expect. When needed, you'll jump in to write, produce, shoot, and edit commercial spots, branded content, and promotional creative. You'll lead by example to help bring great ideas to life.

YOUR DAILY PLAYLIST:

  • Lead and support a team of Content Creators responsible for producing commercial spots, branded content, digital campaigns, and client deliverables across multiple Sinclair markets.
  • Coordinate workflow across multiple Sinclair markets, ensuring projects move efficiently from order entry through final delivery.
  • Partner with Sales, Creative Services, Production, and Digital teams to establish priorities, manage timelines, and resolve challenges.
  • Review project requests for completeness, accuracy, and required creative assets before production begins.
  • Track production schedules, revisions, approvals, and air-ready deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee quality control of commercial spots, digital campaigns, and other client deliverables.
  • Contribute creatively by writing, producing, shooting, and editing commercial spots, branded content, and other creative projects as business needs require.
  • Manage workflow through Adobe Workfront and other Sinclair systems while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training, performance feedback, and workflow best practices.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE STAGE:

  • A passion for storytelling, creative collaboration, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach teams, inspire creativity, and build accountability.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work across departments and build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • A continuous improvement mentality with a focus on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.

WHY IT MATTERS:

Behind every successful campaign is a team that keeps the work moving. This role serves as the operational backbone for multiple Sinclair markets while helping shape the creative work itself. By leading talented Content Creators, supporting our partners across the organization, and contributing to production when needed, you'll help create campaigns that connect with audiences, strengthen client relationships, and deliver results.

What skills do you need to be successful in our role?

  • 3-5 years of experience in client services, creative services, production coordination, media operations, or account management.
  • Experience leading creative teams or managing high-volume production workflows.
