We are seeking a professional who will be responsible for organizing permanent medical records related to a medical office, working alongside the case management team, and engaging in constant communication with patients and clients, while always demonstrating a genuine passion for helping patients.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Client Relations Representative who is positive, hardworking, detail oriented, and takes pride in their work. The position's focus will be to build up client base, maintain existing client relationships, and revive inactive customers.
As part of the Client Relations team you will be required to know and articulate the company's professional services in Life Care Plans (LCP), Physical Lead Expert Witness and other related products based on the projected and future medical costs for ill or injured patients.
You will be required to conduct market research, draft status reports, communicate with law firms and injured patients, conduct questionnaires, travel and learn about physician patient visits, medical billing, depositions and trails. You will also be required to attend conferences, maintain accurate and complete record-keeping, and participate in additional projects and tasks.
Generate new sales opportunities via phone, email or other electronic communication. Respond to client requests. Coordinate with other departments in handling cases, scheduling meeting, follow-up and overall providing outstanding service to clients.
  • Develop new clients and relationships in the legal and medical fields.
  • Help develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans
  • Cold call to prospective clients and inactive accounts, as well as maintain your client base
  • Manage and maintain CRM database of prospects
  • Facilitate client meetings: both in person and/or remotely using current online presentation applications(Skype for Business, Join.Me)
  • Report weekly sales metrics and forecasts
  • Develop market analysis to identify new clients
  • Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends
  • Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate
  • Develop and manage client & agency relationships
  • Manage projects to ensure completion on time
  • Assisting with sales/marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company, services and market through research, self-education, conferences, attending witness testimonies and training sessions.
  • Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations

Qualifications
Required Education:
  • A minimum of an equivalent two-year Associate's, degrees in related medical field is preferred
  • Two years or more experience in sales and marketing experience

Requirements:
  • Must have reliable transportation and cell phone
  • Must live in the Orlando, FL area
  • Must have a passion in reaching out and visiting clients
  • Proven Marketing and Sales experience, with minimum two years of experience.
  • Experience in setting up and managing social media accounts; to include: LinkedIn,
    Facebook, Snapchat
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Exhibit strong skills in time management, flexibility, multi-tasking, and resource management
  • Strong oral, phone and written communications skills, with the ability to listen and apply
    highly focused attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and patient focus, with the ability to display a caring demeanor during frequent communications.
  • Strong team player skills with the ability to work harmoniously in an evolving work environment.
  • Rapid learner with the ability to grasp new concepts, processes and protocols.
  • Proficient in technology, social media, business software, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Lync, and Adobe PDF. Also, being knowledgeable in the development of spreadsheets and documents.
  • Experience with cloud services for online file management, including uploading files.
