Job description

Associate, Client Relationship Management

Job Duties: Associate, Client Relationship Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Miami, Florida. Work closely with private wealth advisors and teammates to service our clients. Work with our middle and back-office colleagues to ensure exceptional client experience. Act as key relationship manager for ultra-high net worth clients in Central and South America. Lead or participate in divisional efforts to improve efficiencies within the business. Oversee asset movements, portfolio implementations and leverage your understanding of organizational documents, estate planning and tax concepts tailored to Central and South American Clients. Introduce new and existing clients to the firm's offerings including but not limited to client reporting, digital capabilities and banking services. Identify opportunities for wealth advisory services for clients, while understanding client suitability and risk tolerance. Help identify and prevent fraudulent activities by leveraging deep understanding of our clients and their behaviors. Execute, process, and reconcile trading and other investment related transactions. Serve as a coach/mentor for junior teammates.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior employment must include two (2) years of experience with: managing the operations and logistics of a private or institutional client including cash management reconciliation, private banking services, and managing new account onboarding processes; assisting on projects related to new business development by leading and participating in divisional efforts to improve efficiencies in the firm; involvement with back office and middle office processes, risk management, trade settlements, and other relevant processes that could be sensitive to clients; interpreting financial and cash management movements in complex discretionary portfolios; MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook); and interacting and building relationships with senior management and global stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish language skills.
