WHAT YOU WILL DO

The main responsibility of the Program Manager is to work with Director in program execution, brand ambassador KPI tracking, budget tracking and other needs to ensure program is running successfully. The Program Manager will have the following key tasks:

Management Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage assigned field employees; oversee daily operations.
  • Develop a productive and effective working relationship with all assigned market personnel.
  • Continuously provide employee with program updates and performance feedback.
  • Provide one on one feedback to employees regularly.
  • Provide clear direction and expectations for all tasks and requested information.
  • Provide all pertinent information to the employee about the client's products and industry specifics.
  • Provide strong leadership skills to develop personnel and educate them on the importance of all administrative requests and execution activities.
  • Effectively manage performance issues in a timely manner and within TEAM policies and procedures, acting with a sense of urgency

Field Execution Responsibilities:

  • Ensure field personnel recruit, hire, and train quality promotional staff who are educated on the client's products and promotions.
  • Ensure field personnel conduct regular training of promotional staff ensuring that they conduct promotions to client's and TEAM's standards.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business for field personnel and follow up on future visits to make certain all opportunities were secured

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee files with proper documentation of performance vs. job objectives.
  • Develop a monthly work plan and communicate it to both management and direct reports.
  • Manage employees Expense Reports and ensure Promo Space is updated by employees regularly as assigned.
  • Manage and review all program budgets on a monthly basis to ensure all expenditures are in alignment with client direction.
WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in project or program management with promotional marketing or event execution responsibilities in the beverage industry preferred.
  • Team leadership experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Exercises high moral character and social responsibility
