Job description

Must Have Technical Skills:
• Large PLM program implementation experience in Program/Project management including all aspects like business requirements, Integrations and data Migration.
• Experience in Solution definition, Estimation, Technical Risk analysis, Planning, managing multiple vendors
• PMP certified, Extensive Experience with PPM or any other program management tool
• Experience with Teamcenter PLM is a big plus, at least exposure necessary.
• Functional understanding of Item & BOM Management, Compliance Management, Change Management and Manufacturing Process (PLM processes)
• Experience in using the Agile methodology preferably on large enterprise projects
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align the project accordingly
• Collaborate with client program manager regarding project related activities
• Develop project plan & resource plan and get them signed off from program sponsor.
• Manage overall project plan and timelines
• Manage resources and schedule - Allocate tasks to project team members and ensure their timely completion
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Solution definition, Estimation, Technical Risk analysis, managing multiple vendors
• Should have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with others at all levels.
