Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational reliability, ensuring critical data center environments are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced construction environments, demonstrates a high degree of accountability, and is passionate about mission-critical automation, proactive communication, and structured project delivery.

  • Track project scope changes and communicate all financial and schedule impacts promptly.
  • Coordinate directly with field personnel to support installation progress, startup requirements, and issue resolution.
  • Drive project punch list resolution, closeout documentation, as-built tracking, and turnover requirements in real time.
  • Escalate significant project risks, budget variances, or customer concerns to the Program Manager in a timely manner.
  • Travel to project sites as necessary to support major project milestones, commissioning, and customer alignment.

Required Experience/Skills
  • Proven experience managing control systems or critical facilities projects, specifically involving BMS, EPMS, or IT infrastructure.

  • Solid understanding of construction project accounting, budgeting, labor tracking, and financial forecasting.
  • Outstanding soft skills, including proactive communication, high attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining high responsiveness and accountability.
