The Operations Manager is responsible for the management and operation of the properties and staff as directed by the clients and in accordance with the standards and procedures of JLL.
Schedule:
3rd shift ( Wednesday- Saturday)
Time: 9pm-8am
Responsibilities:
  • Provides daily leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationship
  • Conflict resolution and solution analysis
  • Provides contract compliance management and quality control
  • Responsible for JLL Engineering compliance program
  • Preparation of detailed budgets for Facility Manager as requested
  • Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports

Skills:
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • People Manager of hourly technicians.
  • Time approval
  • Ability to create Performance Reviews/performance management of team, Goal Setting and Team OCP initiatives
  • Strong Communication & Administrative Skills
  • Able to problem solve and partner with JLL resources to support the team
  • 3 Years Trade or 3 Years Engineering encouraged
  • Ability to effectively use computers and computer programs (including use of Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Skill in use of the internet to navigate to and use web based applications.
  • Ability to use handheld electronic devices (PDA, Blackberry, cell phone, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to bend, sit, knell, squat, stand, reach and lay as required to access equipment components for extended periods of time.
