Title:Senior Operations CoordinatorJob Description:

NOW HIRING: Sr. Operations Coordinator

Compensation: $60,000 per year

Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM

Job Overview

The Senior Operations Coordinator will be responsible for verifying, auditing, and ensuring policies, procedures, and instructions are adhered to. The individual will prepare and produce reports, records, and directives and will confer with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

  • Review, screen, and coordinate scheduling with job applications for open positions

  • with management to plan and execute strategies and logistics in alignment with SBM's vision and goals

  • Create, review, and maintain Transition Reports and Tracking Sheets for new account onboarding

  • Monitor InSite and support Division and Regional Teams for attention with data input and compliance

  • Assist managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications

  • Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements

  • Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets

  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quick and timely manner

  • Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations

  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes

  • Works directly with operations and supports other senior personnel withinthe company's needs
