Client Onboarding Specialist


Location: Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid


COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $27.00–$33.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Hybrid


ROLE IMPACT

The Associate Client Management Contractor supports customer onboarding and account maintenance by ensuring customer records, contracts, and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with established business processes. Success in this role is measured by maintaining data integrity, resolving discrepancies efficiently, supporting cross-functional operations, and delivering a seamless customer onboarding experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a high-volume Salesforce work queue and process customer onboarding and account maintenance requests.

• Review customer agreements, supporting documentation, and account information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

• Perform audits of customer records, contracts, and onboarding activities to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate documentation within Salesforce and related business systems while supporting data integrity standards.

• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Master Data Management, GPO Operations, Pricing, Customer Setup, and other internal teams to support onboarding and operational processes.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience using Salesforce for case management, customer account administration, or workflow processing.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with customer onboarding, contract review, account administration, data validation, or quality assurance.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience supporting process improvements and maintaining high standards of operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
