NTT DATA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Client Manager to join our growing sales organization. As a quota-carrying sales professional, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Commercial Services, Retail, and Hospitality sectors.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving revenue growth through customer retention, account expansion, renewals, and new business opportunities. You will leverage your industry expertise and consultative sales approach to understand client objectives, identify business challenges, and position NTT DATA's portfolio of services and solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is experienced in building executive-level relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and collaborating across internal teams and strategic partners to drive long-term customer success.

This position requires up to 50% travel to support client meetings, business development activities, industry events, and relationship-building efforts across the assigned territory.

In this role you will:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Commercial Services, Retail, and Hospitality industries.
  • Drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities generated through Business Development Representatives, Lead Generation teams, and personal prospecting efforts.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders, including executive decision-makers.
  • Understand customer business priorities and align NTT DATA solutions to address operational, technology, and growth objectives.
  • Proactively manage account health, minimize churn risk, and maximize customer retention.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans that support client goals and drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, solution specialists, partners, and vendors to develop and deliver customer solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, account plans, and opportunity records using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.

This range reflects the minimum andmaximumtarget compensation for the position across all US locations.Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
