As a Client Relationship Manager (Group Insurance), you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients in Western Canada.
  • Develop, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with plan sponsors.
  • Present in client service meetings and employee sessions.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to clients on our products, services, and tools.
  • Manage client expectations through clear and effective communication.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions aligned with service standards.
  • Collaborate with the education team to enhance member engagement and participation.
  • Proactively communicate updates on products, services, and industry changes.
  • Partner with the sales team to support new business opportunities and present at finalist presentations.

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in group insurance or a related client relationship management role.
  • Holds a college diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, administration, or a related field, or any other relevant combination of education related to group insurance.
  • Is recognized for strong technical expertise in group insurance.
  • Stands out for excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Is recognized for the ability to build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Has advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves communicating, presenting, and interacting with clients, advisors, and partners located in Western Canada on a regular basis.
