Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to be the liaison between Juniper and our clients, setting reasonable expectations and ensuring we meet those expectations for the client's landscaping needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Grow existing client's business as well as secure new clients within the Construction Landscaping Services.
  • Setting & managing expectations with our clients
  • Building strong, favorable relationships with our clients
  • Managing all interactions with clients' decision maker or "DM" pertaining to deadlines, pricing & follow up at the "DM" level.
  • Managing the financial portion of contracted work including original contracts and change orders. Monitor small enhancement/change order sales and interactions on projects completed by the field supervisor and their client peer (not a main "DM").
  • Communication: Communicates all pertinent info including but not limited to changes in scope, deadlines, and expectations to the "DM" even after the job is ongoing.
  • Gathering accurate information for the estimating and design team to perform their duties including all job information and deadlines.
  • Turning over contracted work to operations, with accurate plans, proposals, contracts, budgets & schedules.
  • Monitor and be accountable for project and accounts Gross Margin.
  • Communicating with operations to ensure they have client contacts and fully understand the expectations set with the client for every new project.
  • Reporting on potential and secured sales weekly.
  • Creating forecasts for your market to help company better plan for fluctuations in demand.

Qualifications:
  • Sense of urgency - There should never be a day that goes by when you don't respond you a client call or email. It's as simple as a follow-up call, text, or email to let them know you are aware of their request and are working on it. We have zero tolerance for lack of availability or follow-up with clients.
  • Over-communication both internally and externally. Communicating internally to ensure your requests are being fulfilled from individual departments as well as communicating with clients when changes happen.
  • Clear understanding of your market & client- You should be able to accurately report the state of your market and client from a business standpoint. Forecasted growth or drop off, service failures, and areas that need improvement to help us grow sales. Reporting on positive news to internal sales support is critical, too.
  • Strong networking ability- You should be an active member of relevant organizations to promote Juniper's brand and secure new opportunities. Conduct or sponsor training events for CAM's and board members. Attending after hours events put on by organizations or potential clients.
  • Knowledgeable in the following scopes: Horticulture, Pest & Fertilization, Arbor work, etc.
  • High Level of proficiency with Office Products, presentation preparation & generating client-catered marketing materials.
  • Strong established reputation in the industry is a plus.
  • Certified CEU instructor is a plus.
  • Any and all licenses and qualifications are a plus.
