Make an Impact as a Personal Lines Client Executive
This is a standout opportunity for a high-performing insurance professional who wants to take true ownership of a high-value book of business and step into a strategic client leadership role with IMA Financial Group.
As a Personal Lines Client Executive, you will go beyond day-to-day account management to lead strategy, influence client outcomes, and serve as a trusted advisor. You will manage a $500K-$700K revenue portfolio, oversee the full renewal lifecycle, and play a key role in developing coverage strategies, positioning accounts in the marketplace, and delivering solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
You will be at the center of critical client and business decisions from developing renewal strategies and analyzing risk to negotiating with carriers, identifying coverage opportunities, and creating innovative program solutions. You will also contribute to new business opportunities, strengthen carrier relationships, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
This role is ideal for someone ready to elevate their career beyond transactional account work and into a consultative, highly visible position where your expertise, judgment, and relationships directly impact client retention and growth.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage a book of business with $500k - $700k in revenue
  • Maintain overall responsibility of the entire renewal (policy review, setting the game plan, loss analysis, program design, data completeness within AMS, coverage & premium discrepancy issues, etc.) for all existing accounts
  • Support in winning new business and set up of new accounts
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of clients' business operations, strategies, and needs throughout the year
  • Kick-off the client renewal process by creating the Game Plan and completing a coverage analysis (if applicable) and conducting thorough reviews of the policies and all relevant documents
  • Prepare for and facilitate meetings with key IMA stakeholders and clients
  • Craft the marketing strategies, review submissions, and engage in negotiations with underwriters to determine the relevant content to include in proposals
  • Pursue mastery of the craft through on-going education and awareness of industry trends, products, and services
  • Develop & maintain carrier relationships
  • Support and demonstrates IMA's core values
  • Value and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates

You Should Have:
  • Experience in insurance or related industry based on the assigned book of business
  • Ability to think strategically based on client's priorities and marketplace cycle
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience leading and developing people
  • Ability to delegate and hold team & partners accountable
  • Experience working within Applied Epic preferred
  • Experience with MS Office products specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel required

Salary Range
$115,000-$155,000 USD
