Job description


Essential Job Functions
  • Serve as the dedicated executive point of contact for assigned Tier 1 clients with large footing in warehouses, cross-docks and consolidation centers, owning overall relationship health, performance outcomes, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead the design and delivery of customized supply chain solutions spanning warehousing, transportation, labor strategies, reporting, and facility/network considerations
  • Develop and execute annual and multi-year account strategies focused on value creation, continuous improvement, and customer growth objectives
  • Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, leveraging advanced analytics and performance insights to drive decision-making and improvement initiatives
  • Partner closely with Account Operations, Warehouse leaders and functional leadership in Managed Transportation, Brokerage and Intermodal BU's to ensure execution aligns with highly tailored customer requirements and SLAs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Finance teams on cross-functional pricing decisions, solution design, and commercial strategy
  • Own escalation management for complex operational, financial, or service issues, ensuring rapid response and clear customer communication
  • Engage regularly with the assigned Sales partner and Executive Sponsor to ensure alignment, advocacy, and executive-level support
  • Develop strong relationships with Client's leadership levels
  • Develop understanding of Client needs including future business changes, demand/supply cycles, and areas for growth
  • Remediate Client level escalated credit disputes
  • Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments with multi-site or enterprise-level scope
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, multi-service customer accounts with significant revenue responsibility
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year strategic plans that drive growth, profitability, and operational performance
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with pricing strategy, cost optimization, and commercial decision support
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across operations, engineering, commercial, and finance organizations without direct authority
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights and recommendations
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and building relationships at executive levels internally and externally
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and network design principles within a 3PL or distribution environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including leading executive business reviews and strategic discussions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis platforms; experience with TMS/WMS systems preferred
  • Willingness to travel based on customer and business needs

Salary: $100,000 - $135,000/year base salary + Bonus and Equity Eligibility
