Role Overview

Growth Drivers focus on winning new customers and managing won business, selling technical solutions for coding and marking (including inkjet, case printing, laser solutions, thermal transfer and more). You'll use market analysis, strategic planning, and hands-on sales execution to help Linx grow.

As a Growth Driver

You'll be the Owner Operator of your own territory, managing client relationships and driving sales. Your week will be split between:

  • 3 field-based days: Visiting clients, doing inline product demonstrations, and closing deals.
  • 2 office-based days: Prospecting new business opportunities and building on existing customer relationships alongside your team.

What You'll Do

  • Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new customers through cold calling, targeted outreach, and strategic prospecting.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Qualify leads, develop and present proposals, and close deals to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with decision makers, follow up consistently, and understand customer needs.
  • Maximize Account Value: Support new customers to ensure they get the most from Linx solutions, encouraging long-term partnerships.
  • Leverage Technology: Use Salesforce and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, call systems, live chat, email) to manage your pipeline and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze & Strategize: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to identify opportunities and refine your sales approach.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to share insights, shape campaigns, and drive growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar.

Your Experience
