- Serve as the go-to advisor for your client portfolio

Accounting & Tax Oversightย 

- Oversee monthly accounting operations and tax processes
- Prepare business and personal tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, 1040, and more)
- Ensure compliance and minimize risk across federal, state, and local levelsย

- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals

Minimum Qualificationsย 

- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 5โ€“8+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or client-facing

experience preferred)

Strong understanding of:

- General ledger and reconciliations

- Financial statement preparation

- Multi-entity or multi-client environments

- Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)

- Experience with sales tax, payroll, and compliance filings

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Clear and professional communication skills

- CPA or EA is a plus, but not required
