What You'll Do

As a Client Accounting Services Manager, youโ€™ll serve as a trusted partner to our clients while managing our client service delivery teamโ€”overseeing client's day-to-day accounting operations while offering deeper financial insight, guidance, and leadership. In this role, youโ€™ll not only ensure accuracy and efficiency across multiple client accounts but also help shape their financial strategy and growth. Youโ€™ll act as a key liaison between our firm, our team, our clients, and their success, while also mentoring junior accountant roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client accounting services department, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for accounting needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial objectives and tailor services to meet their unique requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client performance and achieve financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth and teamwork.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, summaries, and strategic recommendations to clients and senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our services are competitive and cutting-edge.
