Job description

Position Description:
This position is responsibile for performing routine clerical tasks.Reliability and schedule availability throughout the school year are expected for the clerical substitute position.
Responsibilities May Include:
  • Able to work independently and perform complex assignments
  • Able to compose correspondence, reports and documents 
  • Answer phones, filing and general office duties
  • Work collaboratively with faculty and staff
  • Does related work as required
Skills:
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to relate well with students, parents and staff
  • Scheduling availability and flexibility

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum one year prior office/clerical experience

Salary:
$15.75 per hour
