Position Summary:
Villanova University invites applications for adjunct teaching positions in Classical Studies for undergraduate and/or graduate (M.A.) courses. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester (e.g., Latin and/or ancient Greek language at all levels, Latin and/or ancient Greek literature, Greek and/or Roman history/culture). The applicant must be committed to excellence in teaching.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching and related duties will vary with the specific course(s) being taught. Graduate (M.A.) courses will be taught either online or simulcast (campus and online).
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have an M.A. in Classics and be working towards a Ph.D. in Classics or related field. Candidates must have teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Classics. For graduate (M.A.) courses, experience teaching online.
