JOB DESCRIPTION:


The successful candidate must have several years of experience supporting enterprise level Citrix infrastructures including XenApp and XenDesktop build processes. 

They must have the ability to learn and implement new technology developments while providing technical leadership within IT in keeping the Citrix and Windows server Infrastructure current.


Expert knowledge of Citrix Infrastructure and related tools

o Citrix XenApp (all versions)

o Citrix XenDesktop 

o NetScaler Gateway

o StoreFront/Web Interface

o Citrix Provisioning Server

o Citrix User Profile Manager

o Systrack Analysis and Deployment tools

o PowerShell

o Underlying Widows operating systems and hardware platforms


HP/Dell/Cisco Server Hardware experience

Experience in defining and implementing Disaster Recovery services 

Infrastructure Provisioning

Security Standards

Capacity planning and Performance monitoring

As part of the overall Windows hosting team the candidate will also need a working knowledge of the following:

o Active Directory\GPO

o DNS 

o Microsoft IIS

o VMware version 5.X

o Windows server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012x

o Service Now incident management, and change management


As part of the overall Windows Hosting team all member must have the following soft skills to succeed.

o Ability and desire to work together as large team to perform all centralized Windows functions

o All members of the team will be part of a rotational on call cadence to supply Ally with 24X7 coverage

o Ability to refine the architecture and workflows to tune to scale based on the enterprise needs.
