Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Citrix Administrator to manage, support, and enhance enterprise Citrix environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Citrix Cloud DaaS, Azure-based infrastructure, and image management technologies such as PVS and MCS. This role requires close collaboration with application teams and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing virtual desktop and application services.
Key Responsibilities
Citrix Environment Administration
  • Administer and support Citrix Cloud DaaS using the Citrix Cloud Console.
  • Manage PVS (Provisioning Services) and MCS (Machine Creation Services) environments.
  • Perform vDisk creation, maintenance, and versioning.
  • Build, update, and maintain gold images and standardized image build processes.
Azure Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Create and manage Azure virtual machines and server resources supporting Citrix workloads.
  • Coordinate firewall requests and network configurations required for application and Citrix connectivity.
Application & User Support
  • Collaborate with application teams to support application installation, packaging, and deployment instructions.
  • Provide support for application and Citrix-related troubleshooting, including participation in incident and bridge calls.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance, connectivity, and user access issues.
Operations & Documentation
  • Maintain operational documentation, build guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ensure environments adhere to security standards and operational best practices.
  • Participate in on-call support and production issue resolution as required.
