Role Summary
Looking for senior Citrix Team Lead / Subject Matter Expert to lead global Citrix operations in a large enterprise environment. The role requires deep technical expertise in Citrix platforms and proven hands on experience working within Export Control Environment Industry
Key Responsibilities
• Lead 24x7 global Citrix operations supporting enterprise users.
• Act as Citrix SME for design, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Manage and support:
o Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) / DaaS
o Citrix Workspace
o Citrix ADC (NetScaler) / Gateway
o Citrix Director & WEM
• Design, build, and deploy new Citrix sites and environments.
• Manage GPOs, Citrix policies, SSL certificates, MFA, RDS, and licensing.
• Partner with application teams to publish, upgrade, and support applications.
• Support separation and transformation initiatives across business units.
• Ensure security compliance, patching, and operational stability.
Required Experience & Skills
• 10+ years in enterprise IT / End User Computing environments.
• Export Control Eligible
• Expert level Citrix experience in large, global environments.
• Strong Windows Server/Desktop OS experience.
• Experience supporting Citrix servers and thousands of applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• VMware experience
• Enterprise migration / separation projects
• Infrastructure background (Windows, UNIX, Storage, Backups)

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
