Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Citrix Administrator to manage and support Citrix environments. The role involves providing complex technical support, managing remote access solutions, and ensuring network administration and infrastructure operations are efficient.
Responsibilities:
• Provide escalated, highly complex technical support to customers by investigating and resolving systems-related matters of significance; provides support telephonically and/or electronically.
• Strong communication skills to communicate systems proposals to management and customers and provide systems diagnoses and resolution for current systems.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior level personnel, subordinates, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ Year experience
• 3 years of Network Administration and Infrastructure experience
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience Citrix XenApp 6.X / 7.X and Citrix XenDesktop 7
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience with engineering and administration of remote access gateways covering Citrix, Cisco and Juniper product lines
• Minimum 2-year experience Citrix Access Gateway/NetScaler
• knowledge of relationship of each component of the farm including: network, storage, server, and database
• Experience with DNS and DHCP
• Thorough knowledge of remote access solutions covering IPSec, SSL VPNs and associated data security designs
• Strong Technical knowledge of Windows 2003/2008, Windows XP, Windows 7, SQL Server, Altiris, MS Office 2003/2007/2010, Active Directory
• Working knowledge of application deployment process and functional network troubleshooting
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

• Strong communication skills to communicate systems proposals to management and customers and provide systems diagnoses and resolution for current systems
