Job description

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Senior Citrix Administrator responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining Citrix systems to ensure secure, efficient, and high-performance application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Citrix NetScaler (ADC) appliances, including load balancing and SSL certificate management
  • Support organizational VDI access (LEAP) and implement security policies
  • Monitor system health, optimize performance, and automate tasks using scripting tools
  • Apply patches, updates, and system enhancements to maintain stability and security
  • Support Citrix environments, including Provisioning Server and AppSense
  • Administer published applications and manage incident/service tickets
  • Maintain and manage Citrix infrastructure, including VDI and VMware environments
  • Monitor systems using tools such as Citrix Director and EdgeSight
  • Update and maintain master VDI images

Technical Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Citrix technologies, including Secure Gateway and NetScaler ADC
  • Strong focus on system performance, availability, and security
  • Experience with Citrix Provisioning Services
  • Ability to secure and harden systems, including patching, updating, and applying STIGs
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must be eligible for and able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance at contract start

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience administering Citrix NetScaler environments and Windows-based systems
  • Experience with virtualized environments, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service while supporting enterprise Citrix and VDI environments
  • Bachelor?s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
    • In lieu of a degree, five (5) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master?s degree in a related field from an accredited institution

Certifications (Required):

Candidates must hold one or more of the following certifications:

  • Citrix Certified Professional ? Virtualization (CCP-V)
  • Citrix Certified Expert ? Virtualization (CCE-V)
  • Citrix Certified Professional ? App Delivery and Security (CCP-AppDS)
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)

Additionally:

  • DoD IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+) is required
