Title: Cloud Citrix Analyst

Location:  Hybrid 4 days onsite in Irving, TX or Boca Raton, FL, Rochester NY or Knoxville, TN

Type: 6+ months

Notes

  • This role is responsible for supporting, operating, and optimizing the company's Citrix virtual application and desktop environments across a hybrid infrastructure footprint, including on‑prem data centers, colocation facilities, and public cloud.
  • This role supports Citrix DaaS/CVAD, NetScaler/ADC access services, and underlying compute platforms such as VMware virtualization, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), and Google Compute Engine (GCE) as a cloud‑native hypervisor.
  • Provide operational support for Citrix DaaS/CVAD and virtual desktop/application environments across on‑prem and Google Cloud platforms.
  • Support on‑prem infrastructure including VMware ESXi/vCenter environments that underpin Citrix and application workloads.
  • Support hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms, assisting with capacity planning, performance troubleshooting, and lifecycle activities.
  • Support cloud‑native compute platforms including Google Compute Engine (GCE) for Citrix‑hosted and supporting workloads.
  • Administer and support Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Cloud Connectors, Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), and Workspace.
  • Support NetScaler/ADC and gateway components for secure access, load balancing, and traffic management.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and service requests following established procedures.
  • Perform root cause analysis and participate in incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow.
