Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
• Administer and manage Jamf Pro in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Create and maintain policies, configuration profiles, smart groups, and scripts
• Perform Jamf upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
• Build and deploy application packages globally using Jamf
• Manage end-to-end macOS lifecycle including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning
• Implement and support zero-touch provisioning using ABM/DEP
• Ensure device compliance, consistency, and operational stability
• Develop and maintain Bash/Python scripts for automation and package deployment
• Create Jamf bundle packages and streamline large-scale deployments
• Leverage DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines) to enable controlled and repeatable changes
• Evaluate and validate security updates, patches, and service packs
• Perform quality control (QC) and certification before enterprise deployment
• Enforce corporate security standards across macOS endpoints
• Develop and implement configuration policies aligned with enterprise standards
• Perform testing, validation, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations
• Communicate procedures, updates, and changes effectively across teams
Required Skills & Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience with Jamf Pro (enterprise scale preferred)
• Deep knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems and management
• Expertise in:
o Apple Business Manager (ABM), DEP, zero-touch deployments
o Application packaging and deployment via Jamf
• Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting
• Experience with patch management and endpoint lifecycle operations
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines)
• Strong understanding of endpoint security and update validation processes
