Dedicated Home Health (formerly Preferred Home Care) is seeking an experienced Medicare Home Health Marketing Representative (Bilingual Spanish a plus) to cover the Broward County area.

The Marketer assumes responsibility for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan to support the strategic objectives of the agency. The candidate must be an energetic, organized and capable person who enjoys multi-tasking and working in a team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Medicare Home Health Care Account Manager, Community Liaison, Marketer, Coordinator Business Development EXPERIENCE A MUST!
  • Currently marketing Medicare home health in Broward County.
  • Marketing and strategic planning experience.
  • Strong leadership and consensus building skills.
  • A proven track record in developing and maintaining a marketing program.
  • Experience in making presentations.
  • Private Pay experience is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Understanding of how a licensed home care agency functions; what is involved in the delivery of home care services of the elderly, chronically ill or disabled patients and the relationship of the agency to the health care community; specifically relating to coordination of scheduling.
  • Understanding of communicating effectively with employees, patients, medical and community affiliates to develop positive relationships.
  • Proven track record of successfully marketing to Physician Groups, Communities, ALF's in Broward County.
  • MUST have a referral base following of your own
