Job description

Social Media ManagerLocation: Glendale, CA (4 Days In-Office / Hybrid)Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 / yearAbout TACORI

TACORI is a house of design, precision, and hand-crafted artistry. From our Glendale atelier, we blend California soul with architectural precision to create world-class fine jewelry. We operate with an uncompromising dedication to craftsmanship, and we view every touchpoint—from our physical jewelry to our digital footprint—as a work of art.

The Role

We are seeking a Social & Content Art Manager to serve as the chief visual architect of our brand across all digital platforms. This is a role for a strategic leader with a high-fashion lens who understands that in the luxury space, every single frame must be "considered."

You will own and drive our day-to-day visual narrative, moving seamlessly between high-level content strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on production leadership. You aren't just managing channels—you are translating TACORI’s heritage into culturally resonant, platform-native storytelling that builds long-term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Strategy & Production Leadership: Direct, shoot, and produce campaign-grade social content. You will oversee the visual narrative from concept to final delivery, ensuring raw captures are elevated into refined, luxury assets through expert editing, pacing, and color grading.

  • Strategic Trend Translation: Monitor the "chronically online" landscape to identify cultural shifts, proactively translating them into the TACORI vernacular without compromising brand integrity.

  • Editorial Voice & Brand Copy: Own and define the written word across social channels, crafting elevated, "quiet luxury" copy that feels like an editorial caption rather than a marketing blurb.

  • Community Curation: Oversee high-touch engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit, cultivating a sophisticated community with a tone that reflects our Glendale atelier’s craftsmanship.

  • Performance & ROI Analysis: Analyze content performance through both a qualitative and quantitative lens, translating insights into actionable aesthetic strategies to maximize engagement and brand equity.

Who You Are
  • The Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or art direction, with a proven track record of managing brand accounts and strategy—preferably within the luxury, jewelry, or high-fashion sectors.

  • The Eye: You possess an uncompromising, luxury-level aesthetic. You deeply understand lighting, framing, and the nuance of premium pacing in short-form video.

  • The Toolkit: Proficient in mobile and professional capture; an expert in mobile and desktop editing suites (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar) with a masterful grasp of color theory.

  • The Pulse: You are deeply embedded in internet culture, with a manager-level understanding of platform algorithms, technical nuances, and growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

  • The Precision: Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative. You are capable of managing an entire content pipeline, balancing multiple stakeholders, and meeting the exacting standards of a global design house.

Bonus Points
  • Experience navigating and engaging high-intent communities like Reddit.

  • A background in managing partnerships with high-profile creators or luxury influencers.

  • Direct experience in fine jewelry, bridal, fashion, or the broader luxury industry.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary ($90k–$100k) commensurate with experience.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.

  • The opportunity to shape and lead the digital voice of an iconic, heritage luxury brand.
