Job description

Position Information
Lampeter-Strasburg School District is seeking a dedicated and energetic Group Supervisor to lead in our before and after school program. Full Time positions available with flexible scheduling during the operating hours of 6:00 am- 6:00 pm. If you are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves working with students in grades K-5, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in grades K-5.
  • Maintain a friendly and courteous environment for all students, parents, and district staff.
  • Collaborate with Director and SACC team to develop engaging activities and ensure a safe, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Ensure the program operates in compliance with all DHS regulations.
  • Lead and mento assistant group supervisors and aides to ensure program excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A minimum of an associate's degree, including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Elementary Education, and/or Human Services field
  • At least 3 years of documented experience working with children
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be a reliable team player who is genuinely passionate about child development.
