Interim COO / COO Consultant Transform Operations. Build Structure. Drive Accountability.

Our client is seeking an experienced Interim COO / COO Consultant to partner directly with the President and bring operational clarity, structure, and accountability across the organization.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and can quickly identify inefficiencies, organizational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical, capable of evaluating the big picture while diving into the details needed to create meaningful change.

What You'll Do
  • Partner closely with the President as a trusted operational advisor
  • Evaluate the current organizational structure and identify areas for improvement
  • Assess departmental performance, workflows, communication channels, and accountability measures
  • Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and organizational pain points
  • Develop practical solutions and implementation plans
  • Delegate and drive initiatives to ensure forward momentum and execution
  • Establish scalable processes, workflows, and operating procedures
  • Improve communication and collaboration across departments
  • Help define roles, responsibilities, reporting structures, and performance expectations
  • Provide leadership and guidance across key business functions, including:
    • Operations
    • Shop/Fleet Operations
    • Finance
    • Human Resources
  • Support the implementation and optimization of new systems, technology, and operational initiatives
  • Deliver recommendations that create long-term organizational stability and scalability
