About the RoleSaturn Title, LLC is seeking an experienced Title Examiner to join our Title Production team in Park Ridge, IL. This role is responsible for examining title search packages for residential real estate transactions, preparing accurate title commitments, and providing closing support and customer service to attorneys, lenders, and agents. We're looking for someone who can step in and contribute right away, with minimal ramp-up time.What You'll DoExamine title search packages, including chains of title, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and tax records.Review and interpret surveys and entity documents (trusts, LLCs, corporations, estates) as part of the examination process.Prepare accurate, timely title commitments and policies.Escalate complex or high-risk title issues to underwriting in accordance with company guidelines.Provide closing support and respond to title-related questions from attorneys, lenders, and agents.What You BringMinimum of 3 years of title examination experience required (5+ years preferred), with a strong background in residential real estate sale transactions.Ability to work independently with minimal training or onboarding.Strong attention to detail and solid knowledge of title examination procedures.Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to stay accurate in a fast-paced environment.Comfort working within established underwriting guidelines and escalating complex issues appropriately.Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Park Ridge, IL office.Why Saturn TitleSaturn Title, LLC is a Park Ridge, Illinois-based title insurance agency underwritten by some of the industry's leading title insurers.
