La personne recherchée est responsable de gérer les activités opérationnelles du secteur des cosmétiques de la pharmacie en assumant les responsabilités liées aux ventes, au service à la clientèle, à l’inventaire et à la gestion d’une équipe.

Principales responsabilités
  • Conseiller les clients sur les caractéristiques et les avantages des différents produits de l’environnement des cosmétiques
  • Maximiser les ventes des cosmétiques
  • Fixer et rencontrer les objectifs de ventes
  • Planifier, organiser et contrôler les opérations du département des cosmétiques
  • Assurer un excellent service à la clientèle aux cosmétiques
  • Assurer la gestion des achats
  • Assurer la gestion des inventaires
  • Gérer l’équipe des cosmétiques
  • Effectuer des retouches maquillage et des animations
  • Organiser des activités commerciales
  • Effectuer les transactions avec le client
Exigences
  • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC)
  • Diplôme en gestion de commerce est un atout
  • Diplôme en esthétique ou en cosmétologie est un atout
  • Une formation en esthétique ou en coloration pourrait être considérée comme un atout
  • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste de même nature

  • Compréhension approfondie des normes de marchandisage et aptitude à les exécuter
