We're looking for a passionate and reliable Chef / Sous Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. - Recreate recipes consistently after training. - Complete daily food preparation and ensure ingredients are ready for service. - Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen organization. - Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste. - Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail. - Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations. - Support the kitchen team and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred. - Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Adaptable, dependable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. - Professional attitude with a strong work ethic and integrity. - Willingness to learn and grow with the team. Training will be provided on our menu and recipes. We're looking for someone who is: - Passionate about cooking. - Honest, ethical, and reliable. - A team player with a positive attitude. - Flexible and eager Requirements: Chef/Sous Chef role, roughly 25 hours/week with availability for more depending on business needs. Shift schedule: Sun, Mon, Wed start 2:00-2:30pm, end 10:00-10:30pm. Thurs, Fri, Sat start 3:00-3:30pm, end 11:00-11:30pm. Wage depends on experience, starting at $22/hr.
