Job description

Adventure Vault is seeking a fun, outgoing, energetic, and hardworking individual with a big personality to join our team as a Game Master! As the first point of contact with our customers and the last person they see before leaving, the Game Master is a key player in ensuring a memorable escape room experience.

Key Function:

Game Masters are the face of Adventure Vault, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to customers in our escape room attractions. This role involves engaging with customers from check-in to debrief, running live games, answering phones, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring our guests leave with lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in customers; assist with waivers and other customer needs.
  • Explain game rules and ensure customer(s) questions and concerns are addressed.
  • Monitor escape room sessions while providing helpful hints as needed.
  • Reset rooms and sanitize equipment between sessions.
  • Respond to chats, phone calls, and emails, using our software.
  • Maintain clean and organized rooms, lobbies, and bathrooms.
  • Upsell additional sessions and encourage social media engagement.
  • Assist customers courteously and resolve minor concerns on the spot.
  • Any additional tasks requested as the business evolves.
