Clinical Support Representative
Company Overview
PUSEN USA is a fast-growing leader in the sales and distribution of innovative medical devices, specializing in urology and endoscopic solutions. As we continue to expand our U.S. presence, we are investing in strategic marketing leadership to elevate our brand, accelerate demand, and support long-term growth.
Position Summary
As a Clinical Support Representative, you will serve as the primary clinical expert within your assigned territory, supporting urologists and surgical teams during procedures and driving product adoption. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will be in the OR and ASC, working side-by-side with physicians and staff to ensure seamless product performance and exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-room procedural support for PUSEN single-use ureteroscopes and visualization systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and ensure optimal device performance
  • Conduct product demonstrations and in-service trainings for physicians and staff
  • Support new account launches and increase utilization within existing accounts
  • Educate clinical teams on workflow efficiencies and the value of single-use technology
  • Build strong relationships with urologists, OR managers, nurses, and materials management
  • Partner with Territory Managers to execute strategic growth initiatives
  • Maintain compliance within a regulated healthcare environment
Qualifications
  • Clinical experience in the OR (urology, surgical tech, nurse, clinical specialist) or medical device case coverage experience. May be open to B2B sales experience, looking to break into the medical device field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort in surgical settings
  • Prior experience supporting minimally invasive or endoscopic procedures preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Health Sciences or related field)
  • High energy, strong communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
  • Flexibility to support early morning cases and variable schedules

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $90-100k + 15% annual performance bonus
  • Total Compensation: $103,500-$115k+
  • Employees receive a full benefits package, with PUSEN USA currently covering most of
    the monthly premium costs. Included benefits are:

  • Insurance coverage for dependents is also offered on a contributory basis, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription options. More detailed information to come.
  • A monthly car allowance of $600 is provided.
  • A company gas card is available for fuel charges related to work purposes.
  • Employees receive a phone allowance of $50 each month.
  • Participation in their comprehensive 401(k) Retirement Plan begins on your first day of employment; details will be found in the summary plan description from Human Resources.
  • "Open vacation policy." Full-time employees may take unlimited vacation days each calendar year, subject to manager approval, allowing time to recharge and return energized.
