The Big Task

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help homeowners get the HVAC and plumbing services they need by creating a positive experience from their first phone call through their scheduled appointment.

You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, answering questions, and helping resolve concerns while working closely with our technicians, dispatchers, and other departments.

You're not just answering phones-you're helping customers when they need us most.

What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound customer service and scheduling calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm residential HVAC and plumbing service appointments.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service on every call.
  • Listen to customer concerns and help find solutions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, appointment details, and service notes.
  • Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text.
  • Work closely with dispatch, HVAC and plumbing technicians, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage multiple calls, conversations, and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meet individual and team goals related to scheduling, customer service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude throughout every customer interaction.

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, customer support, reception, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support preferred.
