Manager Charter Representatives Overview:
Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Manager Charter Representatives to manage the Charter Representative Program and lead the Charter Rep Analysts, Charter Representatives and Ground Service Representatives. This position will design and build out scheduling, performance expectations, quality control tracking, and other aspects of the charter rep program. In addition, they will collaborate with other SCA departments to ensure travel and training of charter representatives is fulfilled. Collaboration and communication with various departments and customers to ensure efficient and effective operations will be required.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building, managing, and maintaining the Charter Representative Program
  • Work with Ground Ops and Ground Ops training to schedule initial training for new reps as well as collaborate to update and distribute training materials.
  • Manage payments for Charter Contract Representatives.
  • Attend and participate in all relevant meetings related to Charter Representatives.
  • Lead and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the charter rep organization.
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Charter Representatives and Ground Service Representatives to Sun Country Airlines operational standards.
  • Collaborate with Sun Country HR for all Charter Representatives Contractors to address operational needs.
  • Collaborate with various SCA departments to optimize efficiency of the Charter Rep program.
  • Work with Charter Planning/Sales teams to enhance charter rep communication and defining roles
  • Responsible for team performance management, recruiting, work assignment, and ensuring skills and demand is met across the Charter Representative Program.
  • Establish and maintain a collaborative environment capitalizing on employee talent, experience and interests.
  • Build and retain a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team of Analysts and Reps.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience working within operations at an airline, preferably charter operations
  • 2+ years of experience managing, supervising, and mentoring a team with increasing leadership responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience demonstrating initiative and handling urgent needs
  • Ground Security Coordinator certification

Compensation:
Pay range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually. This is the base compensation hiring range for this role.
