About Our Client

Our Client is a growing private aviation company providing comprehensive aviation solutions, including charter brokerage, aircraft advisory and management, and maintenance (MRO) services. The company is expanding its charter brokerage division as a key growth initiative, with plans to establish its own Part 135 charter operation within the next three years.

Position Summary

Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Charter Broker to lead and grow its charter brokerage division. This is a highly client-focused, sales-driven role responsible for developing new business, managing an existing client network, sourcing aircraft, coordinating charter operations, and delivering exceptional customer service from inquiry through trip completion.

The ideal candidate has strong Part 135 charter brokerage experience, an established book of business, and a proven ability to generate revenue while building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow new charter business through proactive prospecting, referrals, and relationship building.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently generate new booking opportunities.

  • Respond quickly to inbound charter requests and client inquiries.

  • Source aircraft from approved Part 135 operators and negotiate competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

  • Prepare charter quotes, proposals, and contracts.

  • Manage the entire booking process from initial inquiry through trip completion.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication.

  • Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunity tracking in HubSpot CRM.

  • Ensure all charter documentation complies with applicable regulations, including 14 CFR Part 295 requirements when applicable.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Customer Engagement, and MRO to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Represent the company at networking events, industry meetings, and partner engagements.

  • Assist in developing and improving brokerage processes and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Part 135 charter brokerage, private aviation sales, or luxury/corporate travel sales.

  • An active, transferable book of business or established client network. (Required)

  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and managing complex charter requests.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot experience is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Willingness to support clients during evenings, weekends, holidays, and urgent travel situations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience with Part 135 charter brokerage and working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 295.

  • Based in the Metro Atlanta area with the ability to work from or visit KLZU when needed.

  • Experience using charter sourcing platforms and familiarity with aviation safety programs such as ARGUS, WYVERN, and IS-BAO.

  • Existing relationships with Part 135 operators, FBOs, aircraft owners, and private aviation clients throughout the Southeast.

  • FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate, Pilot Certificate, or other aviation-related credentials.
