Job description

Ensuring Chart's Success...

Chart's Production Coordinator position plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Chart's products. This position will be responsible for 15 or more direct reports to help produce high quality manufactured products used all over the world. Positions are available in various areas for both day and night shifts. 

What Will You Do?

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Leads, directs, and coordinates the activities of hourly workforce
  • Review current blueprints, material requisition, etc.
  • Responsible for personnel items such as new hires, promotions, discharges, etc.
  • Monitors work areas
  • Vacation and attendance tracking/approval
  • Maintains all training documents

Requirements - Must be able to do the following:
   Ability to work independently and self-direct
   Ability to work well in group problem-solving situations
   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
   Ability to communicate with others to solve and analyze technical information in order to find resolution

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...
  • PPE required daily
  • Indoor/Outdoor Environment
  • Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking, climbing and occasional crawling
  • Frequent pushing, pulling and handling of material
  • Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions
Your Experience Should Be...
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing setting
  • 3-5 years managerial experience in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate computer skills - JDE, Kronos, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Process Improvement 
  • Machine operations, welding processes, finning,
