Job description

Responsibilities

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Chart Analyst to join our talented Medical Records team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prepares the patient charts for discharge process and assembles components in the correct order
  • Performs audit of active charts on a regular basis
  • Maintains accurate input and update of chart deficiencies into the computer system
  • Distributes notices of delinquencies to physicians for completion
  • Reviews, evaluates and processes release of information requests.

SummitRidge Hospital –is a place for Healing and Hope!  Our acute care psychiatric hospital is in Lawrenceville (about 25 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta).  We provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to adolescents, adults, and seniors, in addition to partial hospitalization and other outpatient programs (includes a location in Athens).

High school diploma or equivalent is required for this role as is above average computer skills including Microsoft office programs.
