The D&D Franchise team is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer/Vector Illustrator to help carry the creative vision of Dungeons & Dragons forward across a growing slate of initiatives. You will work directly with internal and external partners on assigned products and projects, delivering creative assets, logos, branding, IP guides, packaging, pitch decks, and layout templates.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office.
What you'll do:
  • Logo Creation including Branding Guidelines & Documentation: Develop logos, icons, and other branding elements from brief through final execution. Create usage documentation and guidelines.
  • Vector Illustrations, Icons, Frames, and Graphics: Create and direct new vector assets, including character poses, frames and borders, icons, badges, and typography for modular licensing guides and asset packs.
  • Product Comps and Packaging Templates: Mock up three-dimensional product and apparel comps to inspire internal and external partners to create best-in-class product lines.
  • Pitch Decks, Presentations, and Guide Layouts: Work with Art Directors, Game Designers, Concept Artists, and Creative Directors to design modular infographics and long-form layout templates for style guides, pitches, worldbuilding guides, and various decks and presentations.
  • Evaluate, Review, and Approve Licensing Assets: Review artwork, graphic design, branding, and packaging created by external partners and provide feedback to align with brand standards and franchise strategy.
What you'll bring:
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, logos and icons, three-dimensional mockups, image cleanup and manipulation, vector graphics, and long-form layout/presentation design.
  • Strong visual fundamentals and taste, with experience working in licensing and crafting within an established IP.
  • Actively seek feedback; comfortable iterating in environments with ambiguity, evolving direction, and a wide variety of styles, tones, and formats.
  • Curious, collaborative, and clear in communication; meticulous with strong follow-through.
  • Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in Illustrator, InDesign styles, Photoshop cleanup, and the ability to bend PowerPoint to your will.
  • Accustomed to working in fast-paced, iterative, and stakeholder-focused environments while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience working with digital collaboration tools such as Miro, Teams, SharePoint, and Slack.
  • Clear, flexible written and verbal communication skills, paired with a healthy, constructive relationship with feedback.

  • Love for Dungeons & Dragons or an understanding of the D&D community
  • Experience building graphs, charts, maps, and infographics
