About the role:
Your primary responsibility will be designing high-impact digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital marketing assets. You will combine strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user experience, brand consistency, and scalable design systems. We are looking for an exceptional designer with a clean and modern aesthetic who can work independently and as part of a larger team. You should be able to create scalable design systems, UI kits etc.
What you'll do:
  • Design Websites, Landing Pages and Email Campaigns: Create visually engaging digital experiences with a focus on UI layout, and mobile optimization.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines across all digital channels for a unified and cohesive user experience.
  • End to end design: Able to take a project from concept to deployment. Lead the end-to-end design process from concept and wireframes through final production-ready deliverables and launch.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Partner with creative, marketing, and product teams to align designs with business goals and ensure seamless project execution.

Who we're looking for:
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of professional digital design experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in website design, landing pages, email growth campaigns, and digital marketing assets.
  • Proven ability to design websites from concept through launch, including responsive and mobile-first experiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Experience creating scalable design systems, and UI kits.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience collaborating closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI-assisted design tools, including Figma Make and other emerging creative technologies.
  • Experience designing for health, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer-focused digital products.
  • Illustration and custom graphic creation skills.
  • Experience with data visualization and infographic design.
  • Previous experience in a design agency, creative studio, or high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices, including live text, accessibility, and email deployment requirements.
  • Knowledge of current digital design trends and evolving web standards.

Pay & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000- $150,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.
