Job description

Chapter President
Type: Leadership Role / Independent Partner
Are You Ready to Build Strong Relationships And Lead the Future of Executive Connection?
CEO Life is experiencing explosive transformation. With new visionary leadership, cutting-edge infrastructure, and a proven model for connecting high-achieving executives, we're not just growing - we're revolutionizing how leaders build meaningful business relationships.
We're seeking entrepreneurial Chapter Presidents who can do two things exceptionally well: sell directly to CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives, and lead a high-performance team that does the same. This isn't a management role with a sales component - it's a leadership role where your ability to engage and close at the executive level sets the standard for your entire chapter.
This isn't a job. It's an entrepreneurial opportunity where your income directly reflects your impact - and the impact of every Chapter Director you lead.
The Opportunity
As Chapter President, you'll lead an exclusive 5-person Executive Leadership Pod - yourself plus four Chapter Directors - driving growth and excellence for CEO Life in your market. You'll implement the Founding 20 Member Discovery System, personally enroll CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives, and build a recurring income stream through the members, partnerships, and chapter performance you generate.
You're not just managing a chapter - you're architecting a premium executive community that becomes the cornerstone of business leadership in your city. Every member you enroll, every event you host, and every relationship you build centers on one audience: the most influential executive leaders in your market.
By 2030, CEO Life will unite 50,000 leaders across 150+ U.S. and global chapters. The Chapter Presidents who join now aren't just building income - they're claiming leadership territory in a movement.
What You'll Build
Your Revenue Streams:
  • Personal membership sales commissions
  • Chapter team performance bonuses
  • Sponsorship venue
  • Renewals that compound over time

Your Responsibilities:
Executive Sales Leadership Your most important role is leading by example on the sales floor. You will personally prospect, engage, and close CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives - and coach your Chapter Directors to do the same at scale. Your credibility at the executive level is the engine that drives chapter growth.
Team Leadership & Development Guide your four Chapter Directors across specialized industry verticals. Set the standard for executive outreach, discovery conversations, and enrollment. Coach your team to consistently close 3-10+ executive-level members per month.
Executive Event Execution Organize and host monthly signature events designed exclusively for CEOs, Founders, and C-suite leaders. Drive attendance, create transformational peer experiences, and use every event as a pipeline opportunity.
Strategic Partnerships Cultivate sponsorship opportunities and collaborative relationships that generate additional revenue and deepen CEO Life's footprint in your market.
Chapter Culture & Member Experience Foster an environment where executive members feel genuinely connected, supported, and valued. Member retention begins with the relationships you build from day one.
Operational Excellence Track all prospecting activity, member interactions, and pipeline data in our CRM systems. Document consistently and maintain a clean, active pipeline of executive prospects.
Your Ideal Profile
You are:
  • A proven closer with demonstrated success selling to CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives - not just alongside them
  • Deeply connected in your local business community at the executive level
  • A natural leader who can inspire a team while continuing to perform personally
  • Motivated by unlimited earning potential tied directly to your sales impact and chapter growth
  • Skilled at operating independently while building and leading a high-performance team

You bring:
  • A track record of executive-level business development, sales, or entrepreneurship
  • The credibility and presence to engage the most influential decision-makers in your market as a peer
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build authentic trust with CEOs and senior leaders
  • Leadership experience coordinating teams or managing complex, results-driven initiatives
  • An unwavering commitment to member experience excellence at the C-suite level
  • The ability to balance personal executive sales performance with chapter-wide leadership responsibilities

Why CEO Life Is Different
Unmatched Support Infrastructure:
  • Comprehensive onboarding and leadership development programs
  • Full access to our CRM and CEO Life platforms
  • National marketing campaigns and brand recognition
  • Proven playbooks from top-performing Chapter Presidents operating in executive markets nationwide

True Earning Ownership:
  • Build recurring revenue that compounds as your executive member base grows
  • No earnings cap - your success scales with your leadership and your network
  • Clear path to additional leadership roles and equity participation

Part of Something Bigger:
  • Join during a pivotal transformation with new executive leadership
  • Access to national conferences and exclusive events attended by top-tier leaders
  • Connect with extraordinary executives across 35+ chapters nationwide
  • Lead the charge toward CEO Life's 2030 vision: 150+ chapters, 50,000 global leaders

Compensation: Estimated OTE range of $100k - $200K + uncapped
Base salary plus uncapped commissions on chapter revenue.
Ready to Lead Your Market?
We're selecting a Chapter President to set the standard for executive connection excellence in their city. If you have the executive relationships, the sales track record, and the leadership presence to build something extraordinary, this is your moment.
CEO Life operates through three pillars: Gather (authentic relationships), Grow (leadership development), and Give (community impact). Join us in building the future of executive connection - one CEO, one Founder, one C-suite leader at a time.
CEO Life is an equal opportunity organization. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all members and partners.
