Schedule: Shifts Vary | Monday-Friday 8am-9pm | Saturdays 8am-8pm
Pay: Commission-based | Uncapped earning potential


About the Role

Our Chapman Chevrolet team is currently seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our dealership. In this role, you will provide knowledgeable, customer-focused support to ensure customers enjoy a seamless and stress-free car buying experience. We are looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about helping others, building relationships, and delivering world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and identify their wants and needs to recommend pre-owned vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of used vehicle inventory including features, pricing, mileage, and vehicle history
  • Assist customers with test drives and answer questions regarding features, warranties, and financing options
  • Work with customers and dealership leadership to negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and finalize sales
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers while tracking sales activities in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, retail sales, business development, or a related field required
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to overcome objections and close sales using active listening and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with strong computer proficiency
  • Valid Arizona driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
