National Sales Manager
Controlled Holdings, an award-winning distributor of HVAC controls, is currently seeking an energetic and driven National Sales Managerto manage our Wholesale division Sales team!
We are seeking a hands-on, ambitious Sales Manager to drive the strategic growth and development of Controlled Holdings across all target markets. This is a key leadership role that requires someone who leads by example, inspires their team, and is passionate about achieving results. The Sales Manager will be responsible for motivating, coaching, and managing the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
The Work You'll Do:
• Coordinate with the COO to develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products and services
• Utilize and actively audit the company CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer history and sales activity information
• Host and lead weekly KPI meetings with team
• Provide technical product training for customers, as needed
• Oversee and manage the house accounts for this division
• Lead staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs
• Implement sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
• Represent the company at trade shows to promote products and offerings
• Motivate and advise reps on performance improvement techniques
• Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
• Implement market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
• Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
• Aid in the development of training schedules for new hires or current sales representatives
• Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
• Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of sales management experience, preferably in the electrical engineering or HVAC industry
