Summary

OneStream is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join our Strategic Alliances team. This ole is responsible for extending the OneStream partner marketing activities by providing general marketing education, assistance in the development of campaigns, tracking MDF ROI, PRM tracking and reporting, and overall marketing guidance to the OneStream Alliance partner community.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing and helping others within OneStream and its community, have a high interest in the OneStream mission, and being an integral part of a collaborative, tight-knit team. A passion for technology, learning, and the ability to grow others are vital for success in this role.

The ideal candidate location is based in central or east time zones.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive demand, enablement, and awareness among our global partner network.
  • Create, organize, and execute marketing programs and campaigns that align with our global partner strategy and result in substantial new sales opportunity creation.
  • Tracking of marketing development fund (MDF) ROI with executed programs.
  • Collaborate across departments (global and field marketing, sales management, design, and operations).
  • This role requires a mix of 40% strategy and 60% execution with a strong roll-up your sleeves attitude.
  • Measure the impact of marketing efforts by partner, region, and program, while looking for ways to improve.
  • Repurpose and customize existing programs, plays, and content to reach new audiences within accounts.
  • Track engagement through our partner relationship management system.
  • Create and distribute collateral, resources, and corporate marketing materials.
  • Develop new ways to engage and excite the partner community.
  • Work with Partner GTM teams to ensure alignment on objectives, strategy, and execution priorities to drive business impact for both parties.

Required Education and Experience

  • 4+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience working with alliance partners on marketing program execution.
  • Active AI Background in content creation.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Experience in enterprise software (CPM/EPM a plus).
  • Experience in both content development and PowerPoint creation.
  • Excellent prioritization, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding communication and analytical abilities.
