Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Solutions & Services Representative (SSR) to support our channel organization. In this partner-facing sales role, you will own and cultivate strategic relationships with channel partners throughout the entire sales lifecycle. You will serve as the primary Solutions & Services advocate, orchestrating internal resources and delivering an exceptional partner experience while driving profitable growth.

The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with a proven ability to identify opportunities, develop solution-based strategies, and close new business. You will collaborate closely with Hardware, Services, Software, Security, and third-party solution teams to deliver comprehensive technology solutions that meet customer business and IT objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Own the Solutions & Services sales engagement throughout the entire partner sales cycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Customers, and Business Partners to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account and opportunity plans that drive revenue growth and exceed sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and consistently achieve key performance metrics.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing partner relationships.
  • Lead complex sales engagements involving multi-year services, Advanced Services, and recurring revenue opportunities.

Solution & Portfolio Expertise

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of LENOVO's end-to-end technology portfolio, including:
    • Lenovo Services (Professional and Managed)
    • Hardware
    • Software
    • Security Solutions
  • Understand customer and/or channel partner business and IT challenges and position the most effective technology solutions.
  • Present and articulate complex technology offerings, including:
    • Device as a Service (DaaS)
    • Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
    • Digital Workplace Solutions
    • Managed Services
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners by providing strategic guidance and industry insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working with and/or in support of channel business partners.
  • 3+ years of successful experience selling technology solutions and services.
  • Experience selling multi-year managed services and IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Workplace Solutions and Device as a Service (DaaS).
  • Proven success in consultative, partner-facing sales environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling technology services, cloud, infrastructure, or managed solutions.
  • Experience developing and expanding Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Demonstrated success penetrating enterprise accounts and driving new business growth.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple opportunities independently.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and competitive sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require.
