Description:
Siemens Asset Management Software is seeking a results-driven Channel Manager to develop, manage, and scale profitable growth across our Americas partner ecosystem. This pivotal role combines strategic partnership development with tactical channel management to drive incremental revenue, enhance product capabilities, and deliver exceptional customer value. You'll lead the creation and execution of our regional partnership strategy while managing the full spectrum of channel relationships, from referral partners to strategic alliances.
You'll make an impact by:
Strategic Americas Partnership Development
  • Develop and execute the North America partner strategy and multi-year roadmap across referral, reseller, VAR, service, managed service, alliance, technology, and emerging partner ecosystems.
  • Analyze Siemens Asset Management Software's target industries, including Manufacturing, Government, Healthcare, and Education, to create industry-specific partnership strategies aligned to market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Identify, prioritize, and recruit strategic partners that expand market reach, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen industry presence.
  • Develop and execute partner growth plans tailored to specific industries, regions, and target sub-verticals.
  • Evaluate market gaps and identify opportunities where strategic partners can provide complementary expertise, services, or solutions.
  • Structure innovative partnership models, commercial frameworks, and financial arrangements that support scalable, long-term growth.

Channel Management & Operations
  • Lead the identification, recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of new partner organizations.
  • Develop joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, and compelling value propositions with strategic partners.
  • Drive annual business planning, pipeline reviews, and account planning activities across the partner ecosystem.
  • Partner with leadership teams to conduct internal quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and assess partnership performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support partner-facing QBRs and strategic planning sessions in collaboration with Business Development and Sales teams.
  • Deliver accurate partner revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a healthy channel-generated pipeline through effective deal registration, opportunity management, and performance tracking processes.
  • Adapt global partner programs and frameworks to meet North America market requirements, including tiered partner benefits, incentives, and engagement models.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute partner-demand generation initiatives, manage market development funds (MDF), and maximize campaign ROI.
  • Serve as the primary reviewer and evaluator of prospective partner opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Global Partnerships, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for strategic partners by establishing clear communication channels and driving organizational awareness of partnership initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that incorporate partner feedback into product strategy, service offerings, and go-to-market plans.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to create and execute quarterly growth plans that strengthen partner performance and revenue contribution.

Performance & Growth
  • Develop and lead partner engagement programs, industry events, and co-marketing initiatives that drive partner acquisition, activation, and growth.
  • Analyze market trends, evaluate emerging partnership opportunities, and launch pilot programs that support strategic growth objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key partnership performance metrics, conducting regular business reviews to ensure partners achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Track partner revenue performance, pipeline progression, sales velocity, conversion rates, and return on investment across all partner programs and initiatives.

This is a remotely based U.S role. Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States and will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
This is how you'll win us over:
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proven success identifying, building, and scaling partner ecosystems that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, negotiating agreements, and structuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% domestically.

You'll Thrive Even More If You Also Bring
  • MBA or other advanced business degree.
  • Experience in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry or adjacent built environment markets.
  • Experience managing strategic software, technology, or channel partnerships in a global organization.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, or leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience working across both channel distribution and reseller partner models.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate insights into growth strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new programs, processes, or partnership capabilities from the ground up.
