THE ROLE:ย 

Strategies for Change Group is hiring a Project Manager. In this full-time, Washington, DC based hybrid role, the Project Manager will oversee and coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure the successful execution of campaign related projects and goals.ย 

WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO:ย 

  • Organize, develop, and lead project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation according to campaign strategy.ย 

  • Facilitate effective and clear communication of project updates to team members, stakeholders and campaign leadership.ย ย 

  • Proactively manage project budget by estimating costs for resources/materials, tracking expenses, and appropriately allocating funds.ย 

  • Identify and mitigate any risks, obstacles, or delays to the project and team.ย ย 

  • Collaborate with campaign leadership and engage with key stakeholders, community leaders, and donors, to align with campaign objectives.ย ย 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field AND/OR 3+ years of related experience working in project managementย 

  • Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritizationย 

  • Knowledge of political landscape and campaign dynamicsย 

  • PMP Certification is a plusย
