The Project Manager will serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring that internal teams and customer stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the engagement.

  • Ability to hold project participants accountable for deliverables while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Quick learner who can understand new products, industries, processes, and tools and adapt effectively as priorities change.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations, large OEM environments, or STEM-related roles involving supply chain, operations management, engineering, or fabrication is a plus.
  • Experience working and communicating with manufacturing organizations is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma or process-improvement experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and software integrations is a plus.
