We are seeking a Specialist Manager to join our Financial Systems team to design and deliver change strategies that help people embrace significant business and technology change. This role will develop and deliver change management strategies and plans for large, complex projects, guide a team of 3 on medium- and small-scale initiatives, and support critical communications across Finance Systems. The Manager plays a key role in advancing that mission by leading change strategy, improving stakeholder readiness, ensuring clear and timely communications, developing team talent, and using technology to make execution faster, more consistent, and more effective.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, change management, organization effectiveness, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with project and change management skills, including experience successfully managing a cross-functional or cross-departmental team on a complex change management project.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Copilot, Sidekick
- TAbility to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
